Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Scheduling a mammogram is one of the best things you can do for yourself. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we've got you covered. One out of every eight women will develop breast cancer. But statistics show more women survive this diagnosis when it is detected and treated early. According to the American Cancer Society, mammograms remain one of the most effective methods for early detection. If you are 40 or older, or are considered to be at risk, We encourage you to have a mammogram once a year — starting now.

Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. A doctor's order is not required but the patient must provide a doctor's name when an appointment is made. If the patient does not have a doctor, a list will be provided for the patient's selection. All mammogram reports will be sent to the doctor and follow-ups are the responsibility of the patient.
