Sport-specific Training Programs for Every Skill Level

Whether you are looking to boost your athletic performance or lose weight, MultiCare's Sports Performance Center offers customized programs for all ages. We offer coaching for individuals and small groups about how to improve athletic skills in a safe, fun environment. This is not a health club, and there are no membership requirements. We are here to provide you with support and resources to enhance your exercise experience and achieve phenomenal results.

What We Do

We focus on improving your power, speed, agility, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Whether your focus is more power for football or flexibility for tennis, we have sport-specific training programs for every skill level. Our scientifically based training programs emphasize proper mechanics and execution.

How We Do It

A professional trainer will evaluate your needs and then design and supervise your conditioning program. We constantly assess the progress of our athletes through many different tools such as Dartfish, a state-of-the-art video recording program which allows us to examine your athletic movement frame by frame. Both individual and small group (3-6) person sessions are available.


Our services are available Monday through Friday, and every effort is made to accommodate individual schedules. Hours of operation periodically change due to sports seasons and the academic schedules of our clients. We also offer specialized camps and seminars for athletes, coaches and other groups throughout the year. We welcome questions and are happy to give tours of our facility.
