In order to constantly improve our service, MultiCare Rockwood Clinic has partnered with HealthStream Research to manage our patient satisfaction survey process. You may be randomly selected to participate in a survey about your experience with us. If you are contacted, please take the time to share your feedback regarding your experience at our facility.

We care very much about your comments because they help us improve our service to you. They also help us train and recognize our staff. However, your participation in the survey is voluntary. You have the right to refuse to answer the survey.
