How to become a Rockwood patient
MultiCare Ambulatory/Outpatient Visitor Policy
Patients with an appointment in a MultiCare outpatient/ambulatory clinic are allowed only one (1) person to accompany them.
All patients and visitors will be screened with the following questions: Do you have:
Pediatric Ambulatory/Outpatient Visitor Policy (patients < 17 years of age):
1. All parents or caregivers accompanying patients < 17 years of age will be
screened as above.
2. If either patient or parent/caregiver has any of the above symptoms, all will be
masked and clinic staff notified immediately.
3. Those who refuse to wear a mask will be denied entry into the clinic.
4. Patients < 17 may be accompanied by only one (1) primary parent or caregiver
5. No siblings of any age will be allowed in the clinic unless they also have
appointments
This visitation policy applies to the following areas:
Rockwood Clinic accepts most insurance plans, including those listed on the Insurance and Billing page. In some cases, a clinical department or physician may be closed to new patients or a particular insurance. Please call our office at 509-838-2531 prior to scheduling your appointment to verify that you will be able to be seen.
