More COVID-19 resources: Testing & Treatment | Visiting MultiCare
From the South Sound to the Inland Northwest, communities throughout Washington state benefit from the extraordinary contributions of MultiCare nurses every day. They play a critical role in shaping the experience of our patients, representing nearly one-third of the MultiCare workforce.
The Tacoma General Hospital School of Nursing trained generations of nurses who throughout the 20th century provided excellent leadership and extraordinary care to generations of patients. While the school is no longer open, MultiCare’s enduring commitment to education and quality nursing care lives on through the Tacoma General Hospital School of Nursing (TGHSON) Education Endowment Fund: a permanent fund created by generous gifts from the alumnae and friends to provide scholarships to nurses of all levels for continuing education and professional leadership development.
We invite you to join us by making a gift in support of our campaign and investing in a better future of health and healing for all of us here today and generations to come.
