Welcome to MultiCare's tobacco cessation program, a free, personalized, self-guided program designed to help you quit using tobacco for good. The tobacco cessation program features six weekly online lessons along with a workbook activity each week that supports your effort towards tobacco free behavioral change.

The tobacco cessation program to quit tobacco includes:

  • Six online weekly lessons (plus two bonus lessons for weeks 7 & 8 on nutrition and exercise)
  • Corresponding tobacco cessation weekly workbook activities
  • Free support, just give us a call
  • Encouragement to begin taking a nicotine replacement therapy, known as NRT, or other quit medication prescribed by your doctor
