Visitors at Valley Hospital

We're Glad to Have You

Next to our patients, our patients' friends and family members are the most important people we know. Spending time with someone who cares during a hospital stay stimulates smiles and lifts spirits — on both sides of the hospital bed. That's why we encourage visitors to come see us, sit and stay awhile; it's a healthy experience for everyone.

Finding Your Patient

You can find your patient's room number and phone number by asking the Information Desk in the hospital's main entrance lobby or by calling 509-924-6650. Please feel free to ask for directions from any staff member. All hospital staff wear name badges so they are easy to identify.

Visiting Hours

General visiting hours are 8am–8pm, seven days a week. Additional visiting hours may be considered, but are dependent on patient needs and the nursing staff’s discretion. Please speak with the nursing staff to determine if and when you may visit your loved one outside of posted hours.

Intensive Care Unit(ICU)

Immediate family members or significant others are allowed to visit patients in our ICU 24 hours a day. The length of visits will be dependent on patient needs and the nursing staff discretion. Visitors may be asked to leave the room during some medical procedures or “change of shift” reporting, which occurs daily from 7am–9am and from 7pm–9pm.
