Video Visit

Why wait to see a doctor face to face? MultiCare Virtual Care video visits connect you with a board-certified doctor in minutes through your computer, tablet or phone. Our health care experts are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to diagnose and treat a range of minor illnesses. It's quick and easy to start a video visit online, or download our app.

How does it work?
After you create your account, or log into an existing account, request an immediate visit 24/7, or choose to schedule a visit time. Once your request is sent, we'll connect you with a doctor who will communicate with you via video chat. Wait times between sending a request and connecting with a doctor are usually less than 10 minutes. Your virtual visit will be just like an in-person visit, with the doctor asking questions about your medical history, symptoms, and so on, to help diagnose your problem.
What conditions can be treated?
We can treat a range of minor illnesses and conditions. Some of the most common conditions we treat include abdominal pain/cramps, allergies, acid reflux, animal/insect bites, asthma, blood pressure issues, bronchitis, cold and flu, eye infections, rashes and skin conditions, sprains and strains and UTIs and yeast infections. Can I get prescriptions?
Our doctors are board certified and licensed to practice medicine in the state of Washington. They can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication if medically necessary. When you request to speak with a doctor, we’ll ask you where you’d like any prescription to be sent.

E-Visit

MultiCare Virtual Care e-visits put you in touch with experienced clinicians who are available seven days a week to assess, diagnose and treat 11 common medical conditions. It only takes a few minutes for you to get an e-visit started. Set up an account online, answer some simple questions, and get your personal diagnosis and treatment plan in about an hour.

How does it work?
After you set up your account, you'll answer a series of questions with our easy-to-use online interview form. Just like an in-person visit with a provider, our interview forms adapts its questions based on your previous answers, to ensure our clinicians are given the most accurate information possible about your symptoms. Our online request for treatment is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our clinicians are available to respond to treatment requests Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday/Sunday, 9am to 6pm.
What conditions can be treated?
Our clinicians provide care for the following common conditions that can be safely and accurately diagnosed online: Athlete's foot; Canker or cold sore; Cold, sinus infection, or sore throat; Eczema or dermatitis; Female bladder infection (UTI); Hay fever/allergies; Influenza (flu) prevention; Influenza (the flu); Jock itch; Pink eye (conjunctivitis); Ringworm; Tinea (fungal skin infection); Vaginal yeast infection.
Can I get prescriptions?
MultiCare Virtual Care e-visit clinicians can prescribe medications if clinically appropriate. Because e-visits are designed to treat minor health conditions, we do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics.
