"We are continuously in motion toward progress. In attempts to maintain our momentum, difficult choices may need to be made to be considered. Sometimes we get stuck when we find ourselves paralyzed by the fear of making the wrong choice. As a provider, I work alongside patients to discover the path that is right for them. Together we explore their values and strengths, which informs the decision-making process. Ultimately, the patient recognizes the choice that aligns with what is important to them."
