Here at MultiCare, we are truly excited about our newly announced affiliation with Navos and the positive impact our affiliation promises to have on behavioral health services in the region. Expanding access to care, particularly behavioral health care, is a critical need in our community, and our partnership will allow us to deliver that care, together.

Like Navos, MultiCare embraces the philosophy that primary care, social services and behavioral health care should be delivered in an integrated approach that focuses on the whole person. Together, our organizations can help solve the severe shortage of behavioral health services in our region. 

We have long admired Navos’ deep expertise and strong relationships in the health care sphere. For decades, Navos has bridged disparities, helping vulnerable, high-risk and hard-to-reach individuals across racial, ethnic, cultural and linguistic lines get the behavioral health support they deserve. As this affiliation moves forward, we look forward to learning from all of you. We are confident that joining forces will allow both our organizations to enhance what we do well, and identify new areas for innovation.

As a Navos employee, you might have questions about how the two organizations coming together will impact you. We’re committed to keeping you informed as we work through this transition, and we will share new information on this site as it becomes available.
